Since the commencement of the business, we have built a sound and hi-tech infrastructure base at our premises. Latest machines used in the manufacturing process empower us to meet the large order of our valued clients within the pre-determined time frame. The unit is fully equipped with hi-tech production machines and other required amenities. To have flawless control over industrial operations, we have parted this unit into several departments such as manufacturing department, quality department, warehousing department, packing department, R&D and logistics department. These departments are managed by our extremely diligent and skilled professionals.

Flotech Engineering & Trading Services works out of 4000 sft area, of which, 2500 sft is open area for material handling of large size equipment

Design Facility

• We have an In-House Design Facility capable of 3D modeling, AutoCAD and Finite Element Analysis.

Production Facility

• The Production Facility compromises of Managerial / Supervisory Grade with Manpower Scalability through Contracts. The list of Major Machineries available is given below. Due to nature of job, general machineries are most preferred with specialized machinery available with the industrial partners in Bangalore.

Test Facilities

• We have test facilities at our disposal for doing destructive Testing such as

Tensile, Bend & Impact test

• Hardness & Non – Destructive Testing like X-ray, Gamma ray, Ultrasonic, MPI & Dye Penetrant Test

Other Facilities

• We also take up jobs requiring Heat Treatment, Stress Relieving, Annealing & Normalizing. Dishing facility for end closures, Rubber lining, Fiber- glass lining are also available with our associates
